Control Panels
A control card is only useful once it’s wired, protected and driving something. Our panels put the whole system together — controllers or rectifiers, PLC, HMI, protection and metering — assembled, tested and documented before it ships.

The complete system, built and tested
We design and build custom electrical control panels around our own thyristor controllers and rectifiers, integrating PLCs and HMI operator interfaces, protection, switchgear and instrumentation. Everything is wired to drawing, tested on the bench and handed over with documentation.
For a plant, that means one supplier for the control electronics and the panel they live in — and one number to call if anything ever needs attention.

Every unit is built to order. Tell us your application and requirements and our technical team will confirm the exact specification and quote you — we don’t sell a shelf part that’s “close enough”.

One supplier, controls to cabinet
Because we build the control electronics ourselves, the panel around them is designed to match — no integration guesswork, and one team that knows the whole system.
Control cards used in these systems
Every PHASECON controller is built around one of our own trigger or regenerative control cards. Each has a downloadable manual.
