Overview
The SF6000 starts three-phase squirrel-cage and slipring AC induction motors using the reduced-voltage principle, with thyristors as the switching elements. It features digital firing-pulse generation on all six thyristors for balanced firing across all three phases, with motor control and protection built into the electronics.
