A profiler turns a manual heat process into a repeatable one — multi-segment ramp/soak programs, logging and PLC integration, so the furnace or oven follows the recipe on its own.
A module packages a thyristor stack, its heat sink and connections into one tested, calibrated unit. When something needs attention years later, you swap a module instead of stripping a panel — which is exactly what keeps a plant running.
