Transformers
The transformers that make a thyristor system work — rectifier and control transformers, and the synchronisation/supply transformers our own control cards need. Specified to match the controller, not bought in blind.

Matched to the system they feed
A rectifier or thyristor controller is only as good as the transformer feeding it. We supply rectifier and control transformers sized to the stack, and the synchronisation and supply transformers that our P-series and R-series control cards use for firing reference.
Because we design the control side, we specify the transformer to suit it — the right voltage, vector group and rating for the job, rather than a generic part that the installer has to make work.

Every unit is built to order. Tell us your application and requirements and our technical team will confirm the exact specification and quote you — we don’t sell a shelf part that’s “close enough”.
Control cards used in these systems
Every PHASECON controller is built around one of our own trigger or regenerative control cards. Each has a downloadable manual.
Need a matched transformer?
Tell us the controller or rectifier it has to feed and we’ll specify and quote the transformer to suit.
